Good experience overall, good products but disappointed with the lack of delivery update information. Received order on January 20th (Australia) I did not receive any updates between 9th - 20th January on the expected delivery, thanks.

No problem with the ordering process. I really appreciate the awards program, but am frustrated with the inability to find it on the site, rather, I had to find a notice of the rewards and sent on an email, then follow the link in to claim the reward. In the end, all good.

Processing n shipping is prime in winter months. Tho signing for package makes it tough when Fed x doesn't leave notice to pick up. Or do they even attempt. Always gotta go out of way to pick up. No big problem but must keep on tracking to know when to pick up. Due to signature. Spraygunner part is nothing but the best in products, price and handling well satisfied. Thank you.
