I'm sharing this review to describe my experience where I had significant gum damage with SportingSmiles custom whitening trays that comes with the retainers (paid extra).
As shown in the pictures, I contacted them and their customer support replied me with a generic answer that if I "didn't like the final product" and wanted a refund, I had to pay for return and restocking fees.
Given their generic answer, I sent a follow-up email to clarity that it's not a case that I didn't like the product, but that it damaged my gums. Charging me anything else at this point, given the situation doesn't feel right, considering I have to spend my own money and time to follow up with a dentist / periodontist. I also asked them to escalate to management of the company if needed and I'm waiting to see their response.
Besides, as a minor note, I paid for RUSH order but they used a cheap shipping that took more than more than a month of turnaround time (this became minor considered the gum damage).
