Spiritual quest was very helpful in making things right. We had some delivery delays and packing problems, but customer service made it right without any hassle! Everything they said they would do, they did. I would highly recommend them because you can tell a great company by how they handle things when orders have problems. Managing an extremely demanding business can be challenging, so when the companies I deal with handle things quickly and stick to their word, it makes a big difference!

Hello my overall experience has been amazing so far. The time frame for shipping was almost immediately. That is very impressive! Once i recieve my order i will survey on the actual products. I am hoping that in the future i can just type in and look up my items as apposed to searching through the drop down catogories. Thank you!!

Your products are amazing. I have the large salt lamp. I mean large. I needed help to get it out of the box and on the shelf. It is beautiful. Came with a dimmer switch that was great. The bulb that was received with the lamp blew and the dimmer cord blew too. I called the cs number and I was emailed same day to call and the replacement cord would be replaced for shipping charges only. Never received it but my cc was never charged either. Please note I keep the lamp on 24 hours 7 days a week and the dimmer lasted a good 6 months. I just bought some new cool things from your company. Thank you for having a great product that really is what you advertise it to be.

Next time leave a voicemail when attempting to contact someone. I think it's quite common for people to forward unknown numbers to voicemail. I had no messages from you at all indicating that this lamp was currently out of stock. Not during or after my purchase. I found out when I finally called and talked to someone. You also could have emailed me to let me know it was out of stock. I have 3 emails from SpiritualQuest, none of which indicated that the lamp I purchased was out of stock. I do not wish to cancel my order because I am really looking forward to this lamp. Just one voicemail or email letting me know the lamp was out of stock would have prevented so much frustration and confusion.

The website was great! There are so many options online but when I came to your site I knew that I was going to buy from you. The videos are what helped sell me. Now I can't wait for it to arrive. Speaking of, that's the only negative review I had in regards to delivery time/date, I didn't get one.

Very good the second time I used it. Just bought my wife a fou pack of the salt lamps and 2 of the bulbs was broken. That's why I have decided to order more bulbs
