Ordered and received a M160 3 hp spa pump - I really wanted to purchase from local spa shop - they had the pump at almost $600 with tax - I said I can get online at nearly half that - they said yeah but some people don’t get what they need and ours has 12 month warranty - I ordered they you guys - couldn’t be happier - and also with 12 month warranty and very quick shipping - perfect fit $295 - fabulous and grateful thank you - Joe Amo

The base of the pump is not the same as the picture. I needed the base to be the same as the picture! I was able to modify the studs in my hot tub cabinet to accommodate the smaller plate on the pump. Other than that issue it is a great price and very quiet

It was a tight fit but was able to get it in without removing the heater etc. So far so good. Pump is working well and is a lot quieter than the original one. If the capacitor were more on the side like the original pump it would be a lot easier to install. Delivery was very prompt and I had very little down time.

My only issue with the company is it seems that the only way you can correspond with them is by email. I had some questions I needed answered and would have preferred to talk to someone in person. However, everything worked out well. Was very satisfied with the fast shipping. It arrived two days sooner than they said it would.

The product is great. However, I had to shoe-horn it into place. While the description noted I needed 8.75" of clearance, it apparently didn't account for the height of the mounting cushions. The solenoid hump touches the Control Cabinet. This was on a Marquis Reward. That said, it works great. This isn't SpaCare's problem, but the redesigned motor that has ever so slightly different measurements.

SpaCare was great and responsive. I've done business with them before, and will again. The replacement pump is another issue. It works, but it has slightly different dimensions than the original that came with my Marquis Reward. I had to do a lot of "tweaking" to get the pump to line up properly. (MP-160 -replacement)
