Replaced a Fishman Loudbox with this. Kicks a lot of sound from this little guy, and I love that the vertical array doesn't require any cables.

The Evolve series portable column array speakers are ultra portable, you can set it up in under a minute. Comes with a great carrying bag for the top speakers and poles which allows for one handed transport. So if you're a singer-songwriter for example, you can walk into your gig with your guitar in one hand, the sub in the other, and the rest slung on your back. It has built in Bluetooth streaming and control, so you can control the mix as well as provide music playback all from your phone. Built in 6 channel mixer with FX, compression, and a HI-Z input to plug a guitar right in. I love this PA!

I use this live performing solo acoustic guitar/vocals and love it! It's so easy to set up and pack away with the power being transferred through the integrated connections on the columns (no cables other than power!). I compared this to several other brands' portable column arrays and this one scored a very close 2nd to a db Technologies one but for way less money. The effects sound great, and it has a surprising amount of output for it's size. I've used it for larger outdoor stuff and it carries very well when turned up without breaking up. This provides much better gain before feedback compared to point source speaker systems because of the column speaker array configuration. Only offers 15V phantom, so if you have a condenser mic, make sure the spec's say it can be powered from 15V (most condensers say 11-52V will work, but just confirm to be safe).
