I was extremely pleased when I called customer service with a few questions on the Excalibur 3900D and discovered the representative actually had the unit I was looking to purchase! She helped me with some questions about the noise level (minimal white noise, close to a bathroom exhaust fan but NOT as loud) and to the size (microwave sized) I would need in my kitchen. She also gave me a profound sense at how sturdy and durable these units are. This was fantastic a company with employees who use their products. While many places offer the Excalibur 3900D I wanted to support a company that supports & encourages healthy lifestyles. Thank you for offering this wonderful appliance.
