The product is quality. However, I was put off several times. I ordered in plenty of time according to the website. When they didn't arrive I emailed asking about the socks. I was told they would be there by a certain date (2 weeks later than website promises). The date was the week of my team's first tournament. The socks arrived 2 weeks after that date. My team played its first tournament in unmatched socks

It was a little odd that after I emailed customer service to see about when my order was going to be shipped, did not get a response but the next day I received shipping details. It was almost as if they had forgot to send my order until I reminded them. I'm still puzzled but happy with end product.
