My order was for 9" cut which was an option online when I placed the order. Two weeks later, when the order arrived (regular timing), the stirrups were 4" cut instead. I contacted customer service to have them explain; Nick was very helpful in getting a replacement order fulfilled for a 7" cut since they did away with the 9" cut machines at some point. My frustration is that there was no communication of this change during the process, and the original shipment was the extreme opposite end of the cut length - 9" requested, 4" sent - instead of sending the closest cut length the first time around.

fulfilled order sent to me was 4" cut length when I ordered 9" cut length. your communication with me during the processing timeframe was nonexistent, very disappointing. yes, eventually you sent me 7" cut length after I compalined but you could have sent the 7" cut stirrups in the first place, or called me to ask if I wanted 7" instead of the 9" that I ordered - you removed the 9" machines after my order was placed. very frustrating.
