It was a little odd that after I emailed customer service to see about when my order was going to be shipped, did not get a response but the next day I received shipping details. It was almost as if they had forgot to send my order until I reminded them. I'm still puzzled but happy with end product.

The only problem we ran into is we ordered X-Large for some girls and were told you have to compare the sizes to find them since they were not marked or separated for us. I personally think they just weren't sent because they were all the same.

We received our order on time and all was good except for one stirrup, that had a snag in it. I didn’t call because the girls all wanted to match so they played with it the way it was. Thank you
