We have used Smart Carpet several times before, and we've always had good experiences. We had our entire upstairs (2 bedrooms and a hallway) plus our stairs carpeted, and we love our new carpet! We are very happy with the color and quality. Our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and our installers were great and worked very hard all day to get it done! We would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I used Smart Carpet and only have good things to say. Matt the customer representative that came was great. He was very helpful & with making sure that we were getting a great product. They came and installed my carpet on the day they scheduled me. What more can you ask. The carpet and flooring installation was very good. The cleanup after the carpet was installed was excellent. I was not very satisfied with the cleanup after the flooring installation as there was debris left behind that was no vacuumed up properly. I also noticed the next day there was debris on my walkway and driveway that should have been cleared. I did have an issue with the floor on the landing of my basement. That was resolved very well and the cleanup was much better that time.

In addition, the guy made a mistake when he reconnected the washing machine
Also, I called a week ago asking for cleaning instructions. I was told they would be e mailed to me . as os now, Ive received nothing .
This is the first time I've used you for something other than carpet. The forst time I've had a bad experience

From their sales representative to their installers, smart carpet was very professional. Their installers were prompt and courteous. Workmanship was exceptional. The sales rep. Adam Forbes was helpful in guiding us in the choice of flooring without being pushy. All in all I can't say enough about them. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I just wanted to take a moment to recommend Smart Carpet to anyone who is in the market for new floor coverings. From the time the salesman came to us for consultation and to the time when the installers left, it was a pleasure doing business with them. The quality of the carpeting and the PRICE can not be beat. I also want to acknowledge the installers who were very professional and very NEAT. Needless to say, we are very happy with with our experience with them.

We were very pleased with every step along the way
The sales person was prompt, explained everything , showed us the padding choices and samples. He was very nice and helpful.
The delivery was on time.
The installers were prompt, did a great job and vacuumed the carpet when done. The walls had been freshly painted the week before and there was NOT a mark from the installers.
We are extremely pleased with Smart Carpet.
