Horrible experience, about 20 emails only to be told that what I had done originally was correct, just in time for the glasses I wanted to be sold out. Had to go with a significantly more expensive pair of frames to get something similar. Would not be doing business with SmartBuyGlasses if I had any alternative whatsoever. I look forward to the discount I was promised by your customer service rep being applied, and I would urge you to review your processes at once.
