No website is easy the first time. Yours is about average.
On arrival, you had not sent our lift tickets to the hotel, and I had to walk down Banff Avenue to get them, about a five minute walk; and when I arrived they weren't printed. With the walk back, we missed the bus we intended to take, and lost an hour of skiing. Your staff was polite, but there was no apology, and there can be no excuse for a core business failure like I experienced.
