Cooked the Black Cod (Miso marinated) and it was wonderful. Haven't used the other fish in the package yet, but anticipate the same quality. Also bought the halibut cheeks. The fish was great, however the pieces were a variety of sizes making presentation a little challenging. Still great product.

Since the pandemic, we haven't been doing out to eat. As a meal my husband and I will each eat two of the crab cakes and they are delicious!!! It's a quick easy dinner filled with protein and omega 3's.

Again, no estimate of the length of time it would take them to thaw. The instructions that came in the one-page insert regarding thawing differed from the instructions on the individual packages. As this was my first purchase from Sizzlefish, I did not know that I needed to look at two places for instructions. It would have been helpful to at least have some cooking instructions. Who has time to go looking for recipes when trying to get Christmas dinner on the table? I was hoping that the fish would have been the star of the meal, especially with the high cost. It did not work out that way.

I did not know that these were not breaded. They could have used more seasoning. Also, the directions gave no indication of how long it would take them to thaw in the refrigerator.

The crab cake was a little watery when I defrosted but everything else (salmon, cod, scallop) was delightfully fresh. I can’t imagine buying fish from the grocery stores again.

Our salmon order arrived very quickly, for which we're grateful, since we had unexpected guests and wanted to give them an enjoyable meal (they were in town due to a sudden death in their family). We pan-sauteed the salmon, deglazing with a ginger/brown sugar/hot pepper mixture and served with jasmine rice and a side salad. Easy and delicious. Food for the soul.

We love Sizzlefish and consistently stock the freezer easily with their seafood options. We tried a few other companies and the quality wasn't nearly as good as Sizzlefish. I love the individual wrapped portions- they make it easy for us to make dinner as they are ready to go and we all get to pick what we want if we choose different ones.
