The tuna was good but we were disappointed in the cut. Wish I had known it was cut only about 1/4 inch thick. Pretty hard to cook to a medium rare.

The freshest, most exquisite, delectable tuna you can imagine - used it in 'blackened tuna', searing it barely 2 minutes per side - should be very pink in the middle. Thank you for providing such a quality product.

Tuna was great. My disappointment is in the Customer Service. My Tuna did not ship same day as per their FAQs. My order was in at 10:44am eastern time on a Tuesday but didn't ship until next day. I screwed up on the delivery address and sent a email to contact us box and still haven't received a response. Luckily FedEx came through for me. Product was very good and dry ice did it's job. I will try a couple other Competitors before deciding who will be my go to.

The ahi came as very thin steaks. I would have preferred sashimi grade ahi blocks, which would then be versatile enough to make poke or seared ahi as shown in the photo. I did make poke out of a couple of steaks, but it wasn't sashimi grade and therefore some pieces weren't as tender as they should have been. Good, but far from great.
