The day I received the perfectly packaged Walleye I decided that was what we were having for dinner. Very good decision! I used the recipe included with the fish and it was easy and delicious. The fish was still perfectly frozen, just like it was processed right out my door. We actually had more people for dinner than what I planned for so 6 of us had to share 4 pieces of fish. Not enough it was so good,
