The wild caught walley was fantastic. Just seasoned it with salt and pepper and cooked it in olive oil and butter. It was fantastic!

I’ve ordered from Sizzlefish in the past. Ordering was easy as usual, I received my order intact and still frozen. I was a little concerned during this time because of Covid 19; but delivery was within a few days after the order was placed as their website promises. The walleye fish I’ve cooked so far has smelled like it’s right from the sea.
