Before Sizzlefish, I had never tried Sablefish before. It's a bit different in texture than I was used to but a nice, light flavor. Gave it a try and it's now one of my must-haves with each of my orders.

I am not a huge fish eating person.. however, I thought for me and my husbands health, we would start eating some. This Sablefish was absolutely delicious! I cooked on the bbq in foil with seasoning and lemon infused olive oil. Nice textured fish, not one bit "fishy" and delicious! We were very happy!

Sablefish is a flavorfull, flaky fish that is not well known. I bake it at 450 degrees on a cookie sheet, basting with soy sauce and butter. Easy and delicious.

I looked for a fish source on-line when, by accident, I purchased a fish from the local supermarket that was dyed. Right, dyed. We could not eat it. Sizzlefish is a completely natural product, no additives. They offer a wide range of products, many not available in the local markets, even though we live in Chicago. I love the individual portions and often make a melange of different fishes when I entertain. I also love delivery and shopping online.

I’ve had cod before but never black cod (sablefish). It is absolutely one of the most delicious fish I have ever tasted - every time I eat it I say this. Sizzle fish does a great job with portioning and packaging, and shipping is quick.

Came frozen solid with lots of dry ice still left. First sample was fresh and delicious. More expensive than my local fish store but I don’t know how long the fish I buy there has been thawed and sitting on ice. Pleased so far!!

I was so happy to find a supplier for black cod, as I’ve not been able to find it in any stores near me. It comes so well packaged in individual portion sized vacuum seal. The fish was perfectly frozen in the cooler that it was shipped in. I will order again.

Pictures of product were very clear and information explained on point I am now well stocked up and do not have to worry if any fish stores are open during this pandemic.
