I had to contact SiteGround because GoDaddy wanted extra money for me to set up email addresses for my site while trying to register a domain, and GoDaddy's support team was taking ages to answer the phone.
SiteGround confirmed that I can still set up my own email addresses with my own hosting, and as I was going to sign up with SiteGround after registering the domain, I was informed that I could register the domain with SiteGround if buying hosting.
Vlad stayed with me and was patient, helpful, and supportive while I registered for hosting and my domain. He answered all questions promptly and politely, was easy to deal with and a pleasure to chat to, and he helped me get my hosting set up and the domain name I wanted. Best customer service I've had in a long time. So much better than other hosting companies I've dealt with in the past, and a lot better than GoDaddy!
