The 2008-2020 works great on my 1999 7.3 diesel. I love the fact that it is magnetic and stays in place when filling tank

I have ordered before but the the cap didn’t fit my truck so I gave it to my buddy. My truck is a 99 but has the 1/4 turn and looks like the 08 cap. Hopefully it fits.

When I contacted customer service they never got back to me about the cap for a 99 not fitting. I gave that cap to a buddy with a 97 7.3. I took a chance with the 2008 and it works.
