I look for grass-fed, organic products. This one dissolves well and I like to add my own sweetener. I do not do well with sugar or many of the artificial sweeteners so I appreciate one with no sweetener and I add my own stevia.

Have never used whey proteins previously. Very pleased with both the plain and dark chocolate versions. No taste with the plain, and nice subtle taste with the chocolate. Lactose-free is a must in our family, too.

I was really happy to find the lactose-free plain unsweetened ( no Stevia!!!!) Tera's recently locally. It's a game changer for me - I find stevia an overpowering too sweet flavor - and this plain unsweetened protein powder can easily be added to morning coffee, recipes, etc. without dramatically changing the flavor profile. I would love a chocolate unsweetened powder at some point - I find Stevia just too overpowering, too sweet for my tastes.
