I had a need to get my printer back on-line. Apparently HP had sent out some communication that caused my printer to "stop talking to my Apple computer"
My printer is almost as important to me as y computer. My tech Brelan reached out to me, and was up to speed about this emerging issue. More importantly he knew what to do, and started handling it immediately. He made the process so seamless that I was able to do other work while he fixed the issue in about 30 mins.

I work at a non-profit and could not log into my account at a different site. Cang, Senior Technician was able to help me to log into my account and access the software/email for the company I work with. He made sure I had shortcuts that would open, explained about everything being synchronized, and password changes. I have not had a technician take the time to make sure I understood my account.
