Products and process was great as usual. Delivery...not so much. Parcel was left in my unlocked mail box ½ km from my residence, no signature was provided, no phone call. Makes me reluctant to make a larger order until I am assured of a secure delivery process.

GSB acknowledges my online purchase with an e-mail confirmation ten digit number. However, further response from GSM uses a six digit order number with no cross reference to the original purchase other than original order date. Using the GSM web-site with my account does not use a cross reference. So I have no idea how to search via the six digit number.

These are definitely a great value. I personally don't mind if they all show up exactly the same, but I did notice that they have listened to the complaints and split up some of the stock they had available between my order and that of a friends. That's a good company right there!

To be honest, I was expecting multiple assorted coins however it only came with one. (This May be the way it’s suppose to be) if so, it seems odd as you just get a random 1oz coin (wasn’t nice) compared to being able to pick the ones you . In my opinion, pick the one you want because the one they sent (me) wasn’t nice

Ordering and shipping was great! Well packaged. I buy strictly for bullion, so I ordered the assorted rounds. Happy they were all the same. The edge grooves were not very strong on a lot of them, but otherwise very happy!

I was not impress with the results, all 5 were the same buffalo round and all had stains, milkspot and overall not good condition. Still silver
