I would have appreciated separate packaging for the bars which in my opinion damaged the other parts. A small cardboard box rather than a flat envelope might have avoided my problems.

Still waiting for my package that was sent by Canada Post, switched to Purolator now back with Canada Post. SGB used to be an easy place to deal with, now its constant problem.

Package was shipped by Canada Post, switched to Purolator then back to Canada Post. More than a week later, still no product received. Customer Service keeps telling me "they tried to call me" - but I never reached out to them by phone. If I wanted to talk to them by phone, I would have called them. Also can't use Bitcoin anymore because the BitPay collects biometric data.
