I tried to order four engraved pewter julip cups from The Silver Gallery on April 4th for my wife's birthday. After I had chosen the product and input my credit card information I got a prompt that said the following, "Your transaction may not have completed correctly! There is an error on this page. You should contact the system administrator as this page may not have completed correctly, and your transaction could be affected. In addition, the merchant has code on this page which may expose your personal information to others." I closed the site and checked to see if I had not unlocked my cc for online purchases. Finding that my card wasn't locked I tried again on the 5th. After putting my cc info in again I got the same message. This time wrote to the company through their website "Contact Us" page and never heard from anyone then I called The Silver Gallery number on their site and got a recorded voice, but was never able to leave a message. I tried contacting their customer service by email and never heard from them, eventually getting and email back telling me the email was not delivered. After several days of not hearing from them for confirmation they had my order, I placed an order with another company to which I got an immediate email noting the order and a receipt for payment along with tracking number. On the 19th of April I received an email from UPS that I had a delivery coming from The Silver Gallery! NEVER ONCE did I get a notice from them about my original order! NEVER ONCE did I receive an email invoice! They simply charged my credit card without my permission or knowledge after I received an error prompt on the site the the order did not go through! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!!! Of course on their site they state that engraved items can be returned.

I ordered an engraved Mariposa Beaded Heart Bowl (SKU MP-3408) on 5 April from from Silver Gallery. Wanted to track my order so I tried to call them but had to leave a message - they never got back with me - sent an e-mail to https://www.silvergallery.com/contacts/ but they never got back to me. Tried to set up an account with them but I couldn't. Surely a company that supports its customers would try and get back to them to answer a simple question as how do I track my order. I strongly recommend you DON'T do business with Silver Gallery.
