My only complaint was shipping costs, cut back that heavy container for shipping!

I loved the quick response from customer service and the fast shipping, but oh those shipping costs. The shipping container weighed 10x what the signs weighed. I think a simpler method of shipping would be in order to help deter those high costs.

Beautiful sign! The design and color exactly matched the online appearance. The sign does seem a little lightweight - two metal layers with something almost like foam in the middle - so it will be interesting to see how it holds up to weather and abuse, but out of the box it looks like a great product for the price.

The online designing interface was easy to use. I loved the option to choose any color, font, and placement. The centering tools were essential, helping me make sure that I centered the text perfectly. I was able to design something that looked professional in a matter of minutes.
