Great service. Signs are so dang expensive in certain small parts of the country so it's glad to have an outlet that has used technology to make these more readily available so we can avoid the price gauging local competitors like Fastsigns.

All the signs we have ordered from signs.com seem to be an inch or two off from how we actually centered it on when ordering.

No one ever responded. I received zero service. I emailed immediately after ordering to cancel an item. No one ever responded or reached out, still, and so I paid far too much (your signs are overpriced, but often my only option) and for a sign I don't need.

Sign looks looks great. We did have an issue with the bottom hole not lining wp with the holes on the post. My maintenance manager has to drill a new hole on the post.

The print is a bit pixelated but looks good from a distance. There was an issue uploaded vector files for the art in the "Online Creator." For a custom cut reflective sign the price was good and the customer service was very helpful.

The online builder still isn't working properly and the sign is a bit pixelated. Customer service did everything they could to help but there was a programming issue that the online creator would not except vector files. the file would just load and load and not allow you to move forward in the process.
