The single color of the sign received is not the color defined in the file sent. Packaging was, once again, poorly done.

This my second order from signs.com. My first order was improperly printed, I had to request a do-over. This order, using the same source file as the first order, is printed with a wrong color. I don't intend to use signs.com ever again.

The size and material is exactly what I needed, how ever the sign came in damaged in the middle with a large crack that I will have to tape up so it doesn't split in two. I would recommend a thicker Styrofoam packaging to help reduce damage to the signs.

The sign looked great as a design. Upon receiving the product I was impressed at how it looked in real life! Amazing! Colors are vibrant and the material is of excellent quality!

Design and purchasing were very easy! The turn around time for the production and receipt of the signs was very quick!

Received in a timely manner but the quality of the materials is lacking. I chose plastic as my sign is intended for outdoor use. Given the first sign I received was cracked upon arrival (it was promptly replaced), I do not feel confident it will last very long outdoors.

The sign arrived broken and damaged, without the broken pieces in the box, which suggests it was shipped already broken. I still have yet to hear back from Customer Service about a replacement or refund.

Again, I have yet to receive any information or response after sending pictures of the damaged-on-arrival item. I am happy with how easy it is to design and use the program, but I would've expected more care to be taken in shipping a $100 item.
