I love how the product came out - it looks very professional, however, it was promoted as a way to keep visibility from the inside of the buidling looking out while preventing outsiders from looking in. This simply is not accurate - anyone standing near the window decal can see everything inside. If you're far away from the door, you won't see inside, but this was hung in an area where there's foot traffic, so people can see right in.

These are fantastic, and very affordable. I’m hoping the stickiness has longevity because we are on a busy street with a lot of wind coming by, but they seem great so far

Like the overall concept, took a few tries to get the right photo that was a high enough quality. Did call customer service to ask if it was ok to use the exact measurements of the window. Was told the design team would look at it and take care of it. It was only after receiving the decal that I saw in the description that an inch should be added to the design. There is a small area on one side that leaves a gap. Adding an inch would have taken care of the gap.

Nice decal overall, didn't come with directions for installation. Found those on the website. All in all the process of installation is fairly straight forward.

Signs.com was absolutely great to work with. Easy, polite and accommodating. The perforated window decals were printed beautifully and the actual product installed easily. We were also amazed at how much light they allow in. So why 3 stars? The protective coating on the pieces looks like it was put on by an abstract artist. There are super thick areas, areas with barely any coating and what seem to be imprints on the coating itself from being stacked maybe when it was not quite completely dried. They still look great from 10’ or more out, up close though, they look pretty messy.

Printing on decal was nice, but the plastic had a row of imperfections, like bubbles or dimples, that ran the entire length of the cling from top to bottom. I reached out to customer service over a week ago and haven't heard back

Great customer service !!! The design team was super patient too. Worked with me on creating the perfect logo. Only issue was the description of the product says privacy looking from outside in, however the window decals are not providing too much privacy.
