Overall the price, deal, quality and value are there. The shipping time = product arrives in one week and that to me was very fast for a custom order. It was packaged very well in multiple layers of cardboard, plastic and foam. It had a proactive backing on the back side of the sign as well to prevent scratching (I’m supposing) which are all details that make a difference to me. Design team: I would definitely recommend the design team as they’re very helpful. Members of the Design team respond quickly to requests, the team members are friendly and knowledgeable. Both design team and customer service just tell the truth and don’t play stupid games so thank you for having respect for the customer. Of course they want you to buy their products but honesty really goes a long way in terms of having customers come back over and over again. If I could do it all again then I probably would’ve asked if there was someway to get an edging on the sign in black or perhaps a solid white. There probably is a way I just didn’t think about it and now I wish I had. Overall I’m definitely going to be using this company again in the future if I need signage with a diagram, picture or text. Absolutely phenomenal workmanship. A+++++ and 5/5 review for all aspects from design creation to production and shipping when considering working with signs.com

As easy as the design process is, the actual ordering has some glitches. For the second time, I have had to call customer service to have it explained that although it says the order qualifies for free shipping as it was over 99 dollars, it actually isnt because rigid signs over a certain dimension don't qualify. It would be nice if this came up when placing the order. Instead customer service has to walk you through clicking on the multiple shipping addresses note to get to the shipping options. It would not have occurred to me to clicking on this since I was not having the sign sent to multiple addresses. Bottom line....products are of good quality, design page is great, but the ordering can be confusing. P.S. I received a notice that I had an item in my cart and the email included a claim of 10% off in the title, yet there was no where to redeem this supposed 10% discount...confused.

Sign looks great from a distance but did have small red dots on the logo which seem to be guide dots for the printer. I have it on a far wall so works for our purposes and definitely worth the price. Printed and shipped quickly and really securely packaged. Will purchase from them again.

It is beautiful! Clean and crisp coloring and application. The frosted is a nice touch that keeps that transparency but also helps the sign stand out a bit!
