This was a re-order from a previous year. The previous items were FLAT, smooth floor decals. This order was heavily textured (non-slip) floor decals. Very disappointed. Did not get an offer of refund after first customer service call to complain of wrong item.

I have had great success with Signs.com on previous prders, but they really screwed up my trade show this time. I placed two orders, in one they sent us someone else's order, and the other they sent a different product than we had ordered last time (it was re-order).
