When the box for my flag showed up I immediately knew something was wrong because the box looked as if it had been run over, opened, and retaped. Sure enough, when I opened it up the flag was all dirty with road grease or something and the flag pole was missing. I quickly took photos of everything and called their customer service. I was freaking out because I needed this flag for an event in just 2 days, but Andrea, the rep there, was very pleasant and helpful as she managed to get me a replacement overnighted. I was so relieved because I didn't think there was any way, being that it was a one-off custom print flag, that they would be able to get me a new one in time, but that is exactly what they did. Needless to say, I am very happy with Andrea and signs.com. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.

The hemming wasn't great so the edges of the flag actually curl inward.

The double lining is great for dual design however the engineering is a bit wonky. As soon as we put the flag up, it ballooned because of the wind, so it is difficult to see both sides well. Still seems sturdy and better than what we had before.
