Everything was great about the process *except* that the color of the final product was not at all true to what was shown on the screen (and, yes, my monitor is color calibrated). Turns out that made the sign much less effective. I'll be more careful in the future but this is really a process/product problem.

Color looks nothing like the color on the pictures I uploaded. Have been going back and forth with customer service for weeks with nothing being done. They give a deadline of when they’ll get back with me then nothing happens. Then I call and they give a new deadline to get back to me and still nothing happens. If you want your sign to actually be your brand’s color, I do NOT recommend. Sign itself seems fine. Haven’t used it because it’s not my colors so I don’t know how durable it is in use.

Customer service has been horrible. Please hope they don't mess up your signs because if they do, good luck. You're out that money. For such a large company, you would expect them to correct the issues they made but instead they have their customer service keep giving you deadlines for them to get back with you and they keep failing to actually respond.

The sign arrived very quickly and was just what I had ordered. The price was extremely reasonable, and I had many flexible options for size, color, images, etc. This was hung outside, so I cannot speak to how durable it is or how it will hold up with New England weather over time.

I'm a long time, return customer. Some changes have taken place in your business over the past year which are negative to the customer. The first is your self design application no longer works well with an iPad. I can make a design just fine, but when it comes to SAVE or SAVE and CONTINUE, the application has a mind melt , churning forever and can't progress. The second issue is asking for design help. You implemented a form to request assistance. I've used the form several times and NEVER get acknowledgement of my request or any action. (I suspect it might again be iPad interface). My remedy is to call your customer service line to get their assistance. The CSR have been excellent and solved my issues with getting design help. I just suspect this is not how you want the system to work.

The signs themselves turned out great. I was ordering four different signs and ended up with 12 items in my cart. The online cart was sometimes difficult to maneuver around. Each time I made a change, it created a new item. The multiple items could lean towards eventually purchasing the incorrect version. I did have a custom sign made and that process was very smooth. The custom shape turned out great!

The logo I submitted was processed on my sign without any care or quality control so the logo was not clear. Very dissatisfied with them not taking care to make sure product was crisp and clear. I contacted customer service and my only recourse would be a possible discount on my next order. Why would I order poor quality at a discount? Buyer beware.

I was very comfortable with designing my pieces and also very easy to navigate throughout the site. Pricing is very competitive and shipping is quick. One suggestion I have is that please ad "drop shadow" or "Glow" feature on the design mode.
