Easy to use, good selection. Could not produce a Brushed Aluminum Sign with graphics on both sides, nor did they offer an alternative to create what I wanted.

The material and production were great. To avoid shipping charges, the pick up location was difficult to find due to road construction. The lettering turned out a bit too small; designing it on line is hard to figure that out.

My sign came quickly, but it was very pixelated and cannot be used. It did not look like that on the confirmation e-mail, so was unaware until sign came in a few days later. I hope to work with a team member to correct this problem, and hope to change my review!

It was easy to submit my design and choose the options needed, the turnaround time is very fast, and the finished product looks great. We will see how long the signage we ordered holds up to the elements, presumably a long time :)

This is made with such good quality. We have purchased several of them to display where places or people are at in our Middle School.. The only thought of mine is when ordering it says you get a discount when you order 2 or more. I ordered 4 of them at the same time, but they all had different sayings on them. And it didn't count as multiple orders of the same item. I was a little disappointed in that. Hopefully the company can adjust that.

We have placed several orders from signs.com and have never been disappointed. The quality of the signs are great, the pictures/wording is really good quality as well.. However I'm just a little disappointed that when we do multiple orders of the same sign with different wording it doesn't count towards the 2 or more discount.

We purchased our signs.com, show car sign, to display at car shows giving information regarding pertinent information detailing the car. While many people spend hundreds of dollars having others design their show boards I designed mine and in my opinion looks every bit as good as others at a fraction of the price. Exactly as I designed it and turned out beautifully. The quality is every bit as equal to the high dollar signs/boards I have seen at shows. Absolutely recommend this product!

The process of making the sign is good. The way they manipulate what the materials you are getting can be deceiving.

Signs.com must have changed something because it was difficult to create a sign online whereas it was easy the four previous times I’ve used it. Quirky software needs work. Not as user-friendly as it should be.

I've been very happy with both the product and the customer service I received from signs.com. The website was easy to use with the custom design and the sign was shipped quickly and looks fantastic. I also had an issue where I was required to work with 2 different customer service reps and both were exceedingly helpful and professional. I've since returned to make 2 additional purchases.
