At one point we struggled to even make or receive phone calls. Now I have added hotspot to all my familys phones, and we stream and download faster,from our phones, than our satelite internet can. It doest even come close.

The actually buying experience was fine until I tried to chat to a live agent and I asked over 20 min with 18 min being told I was under 30 sec for an agent. That's rediculess. I understand ur agents were busy, but b better at estimating the wait time. I'd had tried to use a discount code of 10bfcm and it was rejected. They advised me to check in with chat to see if there was an applicable discount code. I eventually hung up:((

as a doordash driver a strong signal is important. I showed another driver it and he said those things don't work, but I am getting orders when he is not so you be the judge. I got 4 bars and when I sit in someone else's car I get 2. It is a big difference
