Perfect fit for my 25yr old Carrier furnace. Took about 30min to reinstall the assembly. I saved a couple hundred dollars on parts and several hundred on labor. Definitely will recommend Shortys to others looking for quality parts at good prices. Customer service was great too.

I bought this Draft Inducer Assembly to save time. I could have saved considerably more by just buying the motor and reusing the fans and mounting bracket. It was easy to replace and I didn't have to mess around. So while the sum of the parts did not equal the entire value, I considered time and aggravation saved a plus. Shipping was quick and service was great.

While I understand your frustration, I explained on the phone that once an item ships out and is in the hands of the chosen courier, there is not much we can do to speed up the process of shipping. As you said, it made it to your home town in just 2 business days and then USPS made an error by putting the part on the wrong truck. That is something that is completely out of our control.

I just assumed since it would ship from Indiana to Missouri and was 1 LB it would come UPS or FedEx. Notice of shipment informed me it was USPS. It made it to Missouri in two days but was rerouted to Virginia. I called, was told yea this happens and just wait for it. Ordered on the 15th and received on the 23rd. Eight days without central heat. Turns out packing slip shows it was to be shipped UPS but no accomodation was made. Will I be using Shortys in the future ? NO

I ordered this on the hopes that this was the problem why my A/C heat pump died. It was it. The A/C guys tried to see me a new A/C. I knew they were trying to con me. Anyways.. the moral of the story.. try to fix your A/C first. Get some one to come to your house with you when these con artist come out. Do not call Superior heating and A/C from Clearwater, FL. They will rip you off.
