We just picked up one of these to monitor our electric motor drive system for our sailboat currently traveling around the world. This product is extremely easy to wire in and just works. It takes a few cycles to get itself oriented, but immediately you have feedback on draw/charge and a good idea of hours remaining which is important when we are motoring into a new anchorage. This is replacing a cheap amazon.com monitor that failed within a year.

First off, you had the products I was interested in, in stock! The delivery time was quick, and when I called you were very responsive. The credit card ordering system leaves much to be desired, an updated electronic payment means would be great.

Overall good product. Pros : Aesthetic look,easy to install,original engineering approach. Cons : Hard to read menu. Pkys sent me a display item not sealed in the original plastic and looking a bit used which I figured later when I purchased another battery monitor from different store.

Arrived quickly with solid packaging and instruction. As I was replacing old volt meter, the hook up was easy and only required slight modification to my dashboard. I would purchase again.

I am an ABYC certified marine electrician, and I recently installed the BMV meter for a customer. It was a fairly easy install, with well written instructions. It worked great on startup, and the display is attractive. I was impressed enough that I ordered one for my own boat.

Easy install, but I inadvertently messed up settings, requiring hand-holding by Peter at PKYS. He was patient, and the unit works perfectly now. Highly recommended.

Easy to install, took about 2 hours to install in my camper. I later added the bluetooth wireless interface, which I highly recommend.

I had just installed a new converter-charger along with a new AGM battery in my small RV. I needed to monitor energy usage to protect that investment, so a battery monitor was needed. The Victron (which comes with the shunt) from PKYS was a great deal, compared with other monitors. Also, very easy to install, calibrate and setup, and simple to operate. Highly recommended!

I never knew how much information I was missing before I got this product. Now I know the exact status of my battery. Additionally, I can turn on each electrical device in the trailer and determine the amperage draw. The best part is knowing exactly how many amp/hrs I've used; or how the charging process is going along. It was relatively easy to install; the controls are very intuitive. It is a MUST if you dry camp.
