Josh was amazing - He is so helpful. I'm more than a little dissappointed in the cost of shipment - I certainly was not expecting a further $356.30 bill on top of the item ordered for the Canadian part of the delivery. I thought I had already paid for delivery......
The shoulder strap was broken on one side and the car charger does not work - so - because it was a second hand purchase - there is absolutely no recourse
