Their customer service folks are impeccable ! I give them a TEN! They really prioritize their customers and go above and beyond to meet the Customers expectations. The entire experience was easy & the staff very helpful. I highly recommend Shiny Smile! The product snap on and off very easily, and are durable to certain point. I wore out with friends & family & they loved but I had to chose very soft foods, which is fine, but you have to be careful & take very good care of! I am hoping they continue to improve on the quality, finding a material a little more durable! As long as they are taken care of. You are most definitely going to get your moneys worth 10/10 i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they will not disappoint you. I would recommend to anyone wanting to step up with your look! I really love them ❤️

The online shopping experience was convenient but making my own impressions was very challenging and frustrating. If the impressions aren't approved by the lab that prolongs the process. I think they need figure out how to make the impressions process as stress-free as possible.

Hello! This was an amazing purchase for the price. My tooth looked amazing. Took a few days to get used too but once you do, it’s great. Lasts about 6 months depending on use.

I need to redo my impressions. But hopefully with your video call to me personally, it will produce the impressions needed to move ahead to get my pop-ons made. Thanks thus far for everything Customer service is exceptional. I received my veneers. The top tray fits good. However my front teeth seem a little big. But maybe they have to be in order to cover up my gums. The bottoms tray didn't fit. I'm working with them now to gave it corrected. Overall though, I'm happy with them. I can pop then in when I need to. I just hope that my existing teeth don't become loose from pulling the trays off. Rate it a B+

I want my total refund. They do not fit at all and are super loose on one side and too small on the other side of the top veneers. They are crooked and way too thin. They is an indent in the k-9 tooth. I am so unhappy and discouraged. I can’t even put them on so I’m unable to take a picture because there is no point since the make of the veneers don’t fit. So sad.

Easy to reorder kit. But overall I had to do 4 impressions to send in 4 different times. I received the top one today finally and they won't even go on on one side too small and the other side is so loose it's crooked and hanging on the loose side. They are so thin there I'd a dent already on the k-9 tooth. It was like that already.
