The most hindering parts of this service is the customer service and the impression process. I waited a little over a year to re order my impressions thinking I would not have to re-do the impressions. To my dissapointment they do not retain your impressions ater one year. Seems very silly. It has to be a digital copy, which literally costs nothing to retain, and takes little to no space. From a business perspective I get it. $22 every time someone wants a new set is money in the bank for them. Just disappointed since I struggled with the first set of impressions. Customer service reps are short and could care less one way or the other. I have sent multiple emails with no response, which leads me to have to call in. I prefer email, as I am usually on calls back to back all day for work. The product is phenomenal though. I guess, its one of those situations where you weight your priorities, right?

Shiny Smile customer support is top notch! I had an issue with ordering an additional impression kit. To many companies, that would not have been an urgent matter - especially during the pandemic - at a time when staff is scarce. That was not the case with Shiny Smile customer support. They immediately reached out to me and made every attempt to make sure that my kit was successfully ordered, and that I was completely satisfied! Their efforts in doing so assured me that their products are nothing less than stellar (everyone knows...customer service is key to a strong company's reputation). I look forward to receiving my veneers, and showing off my new Shiny Smile! Thank you, Shiny Smile!

There was apparently a glitch in the system when I initially tried to purchase a new kit - when using the link attached in the email. After entering my payment method, I kept getting messages to log into my account, but the hyperlinked "login" field would not advance to the login screen. I assume that the site may have been undergoing an update, as my attempts were made during "very early" morning hours. I sent an email to customer support. The team immediately reached out to me to get a better understanding of my issue. With their help and expertise, I was able to successfully order my new impression kit! Many, many thanks to Shiny Smile's customer support team! Bravo!

I’ve had a small issue that was resolved . The lady that helped me was so concerned about making sure that I was happy with my service that she went beyond to make sure my order was expedited and that I receive a gift as well. I will definitely say that Shiny smile is all about their customers being satisfied. I will definitely be doing business with them for a long time ☺️

I've ordered a set of veneers before a year ago. I'm asked to make new impressions. Did a zoom call to make sure I was doing it right. Then they said that it still wasn't acceptable I need to purchase a new kit. Which I don't think is fair.
