Love it

I love shopping here. The shopping is convenient, I get great deals, and products are very durable. I still have products from like years back. However the customer service is not the best. My last experience was terrible because the hook they usually use are strong but this past item I purchased, the hook was very flimsy that it broke before I even wore it, and because it was a final sale item, they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it. So it’s either I ditch this item or take to a tailor to sew on a more durable hook which is going to cost me maybe more than I paid for the item itself. I understand it’s a final sale but it’s unworn and They could have done better but I guess not. I’m not going to return or exchange anything because I don’t want to deal with customer service again. It’s sad that when you return an item or want to exchange, they charge you shipping and handling even though your getting a more costly item that you get free shipping for when it’s over $50, and you don’t get the option to use a gift card or reward discount or discount code if you have any, while your previous discount were taken away.
So Ridiculous.

The shapewear item was easy to exchange for the fit I needed. The item looks well designed & supports me comfortably.

having bi-lateral mastectomies is difficult to go through. Your post-op garments have been a God send!

Recently had a follow up surgery after bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction three years ago. Your compression garments for post op are phenomenal. I bought a compression vest with the sleeves as well as long line bra that I have to wear to sleep in. I wish I would've had those three years ago. They are so comfortable
. Because I will never again be able to wear an underwire bra, I may just wear these compression garments for every day. They are that good!

This compression bra was used by my surgeon after my surgery. I appreciated the front closure feature and comfort. I ordered 3 more. Only suggestion is that it be made in extended sizes.
