The arm straps have very sharp edges and I have the tags but I did remove them. I immediately realized the sharp edges are unwearable and contacted shapewear. They stated they would not accept return due to removal of tag. After reiterating the malfunctioning straps, they have agreed to investigate and now I am pending a reply. This should have been an automatic credit to exchange for another, instead they are thinking about it. Their customer service is not very friendly and this is not a cheap product. I hope they make the right decision.

Re: Equilibrium Wide Strap. I don't understand how this is allowed to be sold. It is such poor quality and by the third day, the shoulder straps (corners of the very square end parts that attach to each other) dug into my skin so bad it left them bruised and raw. Additionally, the crotch rides up and is very uncomfortable. I'm only 5'1 and usually sz Small so I don't know how this could benefit anyone comfortably. It was too expensive for what it is. I got a TT w/lipo 2 months ago so I need fajas in various lengths. I was hoping this would work, but it's such a disappointment. I accidentally took off tags and washed as I didn't initially feel these problems, so I am unable to return. I'm happy to donate it for free, but even I don't feel right to sell it to anyone. I found myself ordering a different one just three days after from a different vendor. I have several other fajas from Medical Z (custom made) to other brands, and none have been so aweful. I almost feel punked like it was a bad expensive joke. First and last time purchase for me here.
