Alex has great personality to work with customer service .. he found me way better plan with united health than Molina .. he was very knowledgeable & friendly more people like him should be in customer service .. answered all my questions and concerns .. very helpful .. thank you Alex have a great day and be safe

Well l still don't know how much l have to pay monthly or to who l pay it too, l asked several times but no answers. I have got nothing in the mail,and it's close to time for a payment cuz l can't afford to get fined.
