After initial order arrived already opened and without the part I ordered, I called Semperlite and the part was promptly re shipped in a sturdier container. The part was exactly what's I needed and it fixed my lamp.

Shopping was easy and the price was fair. Original shipment of a ballast was sent in a paper shipping envelope that was ripped open when I received it and there was no part in it. It should've been sent in a sturdier container. The part was immediately reshipped in a box after I called customer service and was received promptly.

Product is fine, the only problem with the order was that I did not realize that it was to be sent to my PO Box instead of being delivered to my home by UPS. As a result, the items sat at the post office for a week before I realized what had happened.
