Great Service!

I talked on the phone with Jerry Garcia about extending our contract for another year. He was very professional in discussing several options for long term contracts for seniors that would save on the
annual contract cost. Most of my appliances are not too old so we have been lucky over the past year.
But time will catch up with us and who knows when something will break down. In this period of
inflation repair costs or replacements will be higher than earlier years and we want to be covered
with a good company behind us. I am nearly 93 years old and have learned to be prepared should
an appliance breakdown. I have used other companies in the past but have found Select Home Warranty
to be the best one to choose.

After receiving a flyer, I called to compare coverage and prices to our current plan. I spoke with Issac who was friendly helpful and informative. We decided on a plan and then got an even better price when he found out I am a senior! Your pricing beats the competition and hopefully your service will be outstanding.

Zackary was very helpful and professional and informed me of all the options available.

The call went well and I'm waiting on the referral that was promised so I can see what is needed to get my refrigerator running properly.

The SHW team member I spoke with was very professional and helped me to get the most savings with their six year plan. This plan has many perks and if one is financially able to go this route I strongly recommend it.

We had a problem with our heat/AC called customer service and arranged for a service call. Service arrived as scheduled and repaired problem. A few weeks later our Heat/AC failed to operate again so scheduled a service call once again. Service repairman arrived as scheduled and fixed problem. I was somewhat upset about being recharged for service call again but was told it was a different problem was why I was charged. I paid and haven't had any problems since. I was satisfied with the service I received.

Took 4 requests to get my contract information forwarded to me. Even stopped 2nd payment until this was done. Yesterday the person took time to investigate problems and discovered that my Email address was entered incorrectly.

We needed a Home Warranty quickly for a last-minute closing on our new house, and Jake delivered it! I couldn't get through the company's phone service without holding (which was frustrating), so I emailed Jake and he immediately gave me his direct phone line to complete the order. He gave us great and timely service, and is very customer-oriented. We will be delighted to recommend him to anyone in the future.

I was on the website researching their home warranty plans when they called me. Jamie was very kind & not pushy about anything. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable of their services offered. I was very impressed with how smooth the whole call and transaction went.

The Customer Service Representative was professional, pleasant and customer focused. She tried to be helpful -- and was for the most part.
