I contacted Select Home Warranty because my Garage Door opener wold not raise or lower the door. The first agent I talked to refused to hear what I was telling him. He kept saying "the resolution department has denied my claim because the door is not covered". For at least 10 minutes I tried to explain that it was not the door it was the opener. We kept going back and forth. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor. I waited on the line for at least 5 minutes and was disconnected, I resummitted my claim and also callled back. I got a more helpful agent. He was very helpful and I explained to him what happened with the garage door opener and he assured me that he would resubmit my request for repair. I just received the email from Select Home Warranty stating that they were searching for a garage door opener repairman.

I just purchased my warranty plan. My rep was professional and looked out for the discounts I missed for being a senior. After discussing some situations that are about to take place on the home he advised me that I did not need 2 services I had requested as add on services. Saved me money!!
