The course is quite complete, easy to follow and covers a lot of needed info for Security Guards. the only problem is it is not clear where to get our certificate once we complete the course. I have went through all the assignments and it says I am only 18% complete. So I am having some difficulties. Feedback would be nice.

Hi Marcel, Sorry that you are having issues regarding the course. At the very beginning of the course, in Section One Welcome, it states "The course is considered complete when you can complete the subsection entitled "Obtain Your Training Completion Number" located in section 5 Survey and Certificate." This section also advises that you should complete the course in order and will be required to read all of the material in each section prior to proceeding to finish the course as quickly as possible. As there are a number of sections that are optional you are not required to get a 100% completion to download your certificate and obtain your TCN.
