Laura was tired of carrying all of Scott’s gadgets in her bags and Scott’s traditional pockets couldn’t carry everything he needed...and a man purse was out of the question. Scott had a brilliant idea: he would create a modified fisherman’s vest but with extra pockets, enough to hold all of his essentials but still stylish enough to wear out around town.
Those were the humble beginnings of SCOTTeVEST. The company has now evolved into an international business, with a full line of men’s and women’s vests, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, shirts, dresses, underwear, pajamas and pants; all designed to strategically hold and organize your personal belongings so whatever you need is always on hand.

wonderful jacket and comfortable material. Perfect weight and seemingly wrinkle free. My only wish was additional color choices....not a fan of either. I purchased the black jacket and do like it a lot.

My first Essential 2.0, I have 2 more from the previous version on different colors (blue & red). Didn't disappointed me, same quality, functionality and true to size I always had over the years. If you're looking for a versatile jacket (semi-formal, sport, travel vest) you have it all in one.

Right removable sleeve started coming apart at the cuff after just 1 week. Called customer service and they said there was no warranty but I could have it re sewn. 250.00 is a total ripoff for this jacket.

Jacket is coming unsewn after just 1 week of use. Called customer service and was told there is no warranty but I could take it somewhere and have it resewn.

I keep my wallet in the inner left pocket. Because that pocket has a thin stretch fabric, I see that as having the greatest chance of developing a tear or wearing out. My suggestion would be to simply replace the thin fabric with the more durable material used for the rest of the jacket.

I have purchased three or more Scott Travel Vests. I am a frequent traveler. So some of Scott Vests are becoming worn out. So I replaced it buying new one. I liked this collar type and detachable sleeve. Pocket depth has been considered to more appropriate.

Sizing was bad. I wear #XL from many manufacturers and fit is fine, this jacket (3XL) was too small in the waist/chest, probably by 2 inches at least.
