I am not sure what the purpose is of getting a quote rather than allowing customers to purchase directly online without a quote. When I requested a quote, there was a key product that I needed to purchase along with two other items in order for the two other items to work. I was not informed of this or even asked if I wanted to purchase the third item that was necessary for the first two items to work. So I had to receive the products and try to use them before realizing that I needed the third item. I then had to go through the entire quote process again for the third item. This was a frustrating waste of my time. If you are going to require the customers go through the cumbersome quote and pay over the phone process, then at least have the sales person add value in some way, such as asking "Do you need product X, as it is required for products Y and Z to work."

I was able to find some unique dramatic play furniture that appears to be well built at a reasonable price. I was thrilled to find that we were candidates for a discount through the quote process. This was an easy process and one that I appreciate.

We are in the process of opening another new school within our agency. This school will serve extreme autistic kids who are many times overlooked. Our plan was to order new furniture for the building to make a better environment for our students. A message was on my screen to request a discount due to the size of the order. The response was almost immediate and we were approved. When purchasing as much as we will be due to it being new, it was nice to get a discount. Thank you very much for your quick response and professionalism in handling our order.

So far the quote and order process has been very easy. Now awaiting for delivery.
