A little difficult to get what I wanted to order, but it all worked out in the end. When I received the phone, they told me to dial zero before the number, and I have never been able to contact anyone with the new phone.

I received the phone in a speedy fashion. The problem has been that the phone does not work. It will dial out, but it does not connect to any phones. It will link with the satellite okay, as long as you are clear of everything around you. I got the 911 services the first call, and I checked with the phone service and they told how to dial, and when I tried that, it still failed to link to the phone I was calling. I have a phone, but cannot use it.
