This is an expensive service even on the Economy package, but then I have to figure what was the value of my data? I think I got pretty good value because my data is precious, and the Economy service level didn't take too long.

Most important, it looks like it will be good recovery. Recovery is great! Price seems steep, but I didn't shop around. There was an initial delay due to illness of my representative or transfer of a rep, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I have no issue with that. My emails were often sent to Spam. You might warn people about that. (especially with roadrunner/spectrum in woh.rr.com)

In the beginning, everything went well. When I received the email that the information was retrieved, I tried to reach someone because I did not understand what I was viewing. I had very little time to make a decision whether to accept or not. I could not reach anyone nor did I receive a call back. I accepted the email and received my flash drive, but it contained none of the information I had asked for. I do not know if I did something wrong but I still have not received a call back.
